Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy No Cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of your appointment. Please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. This will allow me to contact other guests on the waiting list that would like that appointment. No Show Policy: First no show appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled Services. Second No Show Policy will be charged 75% of the scheduled services. Any no shows after that will be 100% of the scheduled services. Thank you for your understanding and respecting my time so I am able to give you and all other guests the best services possible. All Color Services For all color services please come with clean freshly washed hair. This will allow the color to deposit into the hair. Please do not come in with too spray on your hair, allow the glitter to get the best possible coverage by showing up to your appointment with freshly cleaned hair. Haircuts are acceptable no need to come with freshly washed hair, since we will be washing it anyways.
